You will be trained by TWO times STANLEY CUP Champion with Pittsburgh Penguins , KHL Gagarin Cup Champion, Florida Panthers skills/skating coach Maxim Ivanov as well as a group of highly experienced international IH Pro TEAM of coaches.
Maxim Ivanov is a well-known one of the best power skating and skills coaches in the world. He has been a power skating instructor for the Pittsburgh Penguins for the past 5 years. Maxim is two time Stanley Cup champion with Pittsburgh Penguins 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons
He is very dedicated to improving the skating and puck handling skills of young athletes all over the world. In the past 15 years, Max participated and organized many elite hockey camps in the USA, Finland, Sweden, Canada, Germany Switzerland, Austria and Russia.
He currently works with several top NHL, KHL, Sweden Liga SHL, Finland SM-Liga as well as players from Austria, Slovakia and Switzerland
Now Maxim works with the players of the NHL team Florida Panthers and the players of the KHL team Avangard Omsk

We invite you to take part in IH PRO INTERNATIONAL ELITE DEVELOPMENT Camp in Imatra, FINLAND. You will be trained by 2 times STANLEY CUP Champion with Pittsburgh Penguins, KHL Gagarin Cup Champion , Skills Develompent Coach of Florida Panthers – Maxim Ivanov as well as a group of highly experienced international IH Pro TEAM of coaches.
At our camp, you will get access to the same training methods and techniques Maxim uses with NHL players.
IH Pro coaching team is a highly qualified international group of hockey professionals from around the world. With vast experience in coaching elite hockey camps in USA, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria etc.. they all bring the best elements from their own, country-specific style of hockey and intense training methods.
The main goal of the Ice Hockey Pro coaching system is an individual approach to each participant! IH Pro Camp will focus of North American style of Hockey with a special accent on developing skills of power skating. You will learn how to develop maximum maneuvering in short distances by utilizing strong pushes and wide step. Special attention will be paid to techniques of controlling the puck during power struggle on ice and fast as well as wide dribbling.
During IH Pro camp you will learn:
Various turns and stops on small areas of the rink
- How to maintain speed and balance during power struggle on ice -explosive skating
- A fast start from standing position -elements of power skating with resistance
- Elements of power skating with the puck
- Various types of strength training off-ice specifically directed to muscles groups
- Essential for power skating -unique techniques for stick/puck handling
What you will get from Ice Hockey Pro Camp:
– Much improved speed as a result of special intense practice sequences -much better fast start
- -You will fall less because you will have better control over your body and balance
- -Much improved skating control, the speed of maneuvering and agility

Travel and Hotel Information
BASIC ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS 3 times per day buffet
A participant with an accompanying adult is always given a separate room in the 2 bedroom Villa.
Each Villa will have a live-in coach for supervision.

Instructions for Guests Holiday Club Saimaa. Holiday Club Saimaa is located amidst good traffic connections in Rauha, Lappeenranta in South-East Finland. The nearest airport is in Lappeenranta, and railway stations are in Imatra and Lappeenranta.
By car: Holiday Club Saimaa is easily accessible via Highway 6 through Vesivalo interchange (nro 62). We are located between Lappeenranta and Imatra. The center of Lappeenranta is 35 kilometers away, Imatrankoski is 7 kilometers away.
By train The nearest railway station is in Imatra, 7 kilometers away. There is no scheduled bus connection tho hotel. We recommend taxi from railway station to Rauha.
